Apparel | Returns and Exchanges:

    We understand that sometimes things don't work out.
    All requests for exchanges/returns must be made via email at thetinymallet@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
    Apparel must be unworn, unwashed and in it's original packaging. 
    Returns will be processed in the form of store credit only. 
    Valid for one year after the date of return.

    Mugs | Warranty:

      Each one of our mugs are handcrafted by Mr. & Mrs. Tiny Mallet in Dania Beach, FL.
      No two mugs will look like due to their unique wood grain fingerprint. 
      We do our best to package your shipments with care, if by any reason your mug arrives damaged, or broken, please email us pictures before returning the package. We will replace or repair your mug, but all sales are final.  
      We build our mugs to last for years and years... on the off chance your mug begins to leak, please email us photos and description. We will repair this at no additional cost to you, other than shipping and handling. (If there is viable evidence that the mug was dropped or mistreated there will be a fee.)

      Mugs | Repair:

      Our mugs are durable, but fragile.  Your mug will not crack overtime unless misused or dropped. If you do drop your mug and there is viable damage, or a broken handle, we would be happy to repair this for an additional fee. Please handle with care and NEVER place in a dishwasher or microwave. Hand wash only after each use to ensure a fresh taste for every brew.

      At this time we are accepting Custom Orders for Mugs. Please email us at thetinymallet@gmail.com for pricing and details. 

      We will not be accepting Custom Apparel Requests.
